Dedicating a Miracle

A beautiful baby girl was dedicated to the Lord. God blessed these parents who had waited so long for this miracle! It was a pleasure to capture this special moment.

Some friends from my hometown came to St. Louis for a day trip. We had dinner with them at the Old Spaghetti Factory. I snapped this fun photo of Amy with a carriage horse outside the restaurant.

My Girl - 18 months

This is my girl! She is so much fun at this stage. She is very active, but she has so much personality and such a sweet disposition. I love being her mommy. She's the greatest gift I've ever been given. She is so lady-like! This one just might be my favorite.This one is her daddy's favorite.My climber!My favorite serious one.

So I have to tell you. There is nothing, nothing more precious to photograph than a newborn baby. I had such a beautiful subject! Babies are a wonderful miracle from God. And it was such a blessing to take these pictures of an amazing family with an amazingly beautiful baby girl! I am truly blessed to call them "friends."
